This proposal document outlines the problems of human trafficking in the Mekong Sub-region and explains how the Coordinated Mekong Ministerial Initiative against Trafficking (COMMIT) process will support the implementation of the COMMIT Sub-regional Plan of Action III.

The proposal seeks to fill a funding gap to ensure that the COMMIT Process is fully financed during the implementation period of the COMMIT Sub-regional Plan of Action III (2011–2013.
