This document is a program proposal for 2011–12 that outlines support for women's participation in weapons control-capacity building. IANSA is the global network of civil society organisations working to stop the proliferation and misuse of small arms and light weapons (SALW). This document includes proposal context and rationale, activities, training and information on the capacity building workshop.
