This is the management response to the February 2012 Independent Evaluation of the SMERU Research Institute. The management response notes that the independent evaluation was comprehensive and AusAID agreed to all the recommendations. AusAID support assists the SMERU Research Institute undertake socio-economic research to help improve public policy, conduct effective research outreach, support inclusive public policy discourse, and strengthen the role of civil society in the policy process.
