Supporting efforts to prevent and reduce disaster risks and to build disaster resilience.

Restoring education services in emergency and fragile contexts.
Electoral assistance
Supporting electoral and post-election activities to bolster the legitimacy and credibility of elections.
Engineering and planning
Providing engineering and planning skills to aid resilient recovery from disasters and conflict.
Health
Restoring health systems in emergency and fragile contexts.
Operations support and logistics
Providing planning, coordination, information management, logistics, and communication skills to enhance emergency operations.
Needs assessment and monitoring and evaluation
Coordinating needs assessments, including systematic monitoring of humanitarian programs.
Stabilisation and peacebuilding
Preventing the start or resumption of violent conflict. Supporting the transition from conflict to peace, stabilization and development through promoting human rights.
Law and justice
Rebuilding national and community law and justics systems in emergency and fragile contexts.
Private sector development
Restoring and strengthening local markets, before and after crisis
