A design for a proposed new program in Timor-Leste–M&E House (Buka Hatene) (previously named Portfolio Monitoring and Evaluation Services Provider or PMESP)–is provided for the information of the market and prospective tenderers. It is likely that DFAT will require a Contractor to provide management services for the M&E House. The proposed procurement will be listed on the AusTender website when it is released to market.
