The Department of Foreign Affairs and Trade has launched its first Digital Media Strategy.
No aspect of DFAT's work today is untouched by digital information, digital communication and digital tools. This strategy therefore applies to every area of the department's work in Australia and across our global network of diplomatic posts.
The objective of the strategy is to instil the practices and build a culture where staff routinely incorporate digital tools and media in all aspects of their work to improve the delivery of our policies, programs and services.
The Digital Media Strategy will be implemented over 2016-2018.
