Today Minister Fierravanti-Wells leaves for New York as head of the Australian delegation at the United Nations Ocean Conference, 6-9 June.
In New York, Minister Fierravanti-Wells will co-chair one of seven partnership dialogues on enhancing the conservation and sustainable use of the oceans and their resources by implementing international law, as reflected in the UN Convention on the Law of the Sea (UNCLOS).
