Governor-General announced as New Colombo Plan Patron

Australia's Foreign Minister has confirmed Governor-General, His Excellency General the Honourable Sir Peter Cosgrove AK MC (Retd) as the Patron of the New Colombo Plan. Minister Bishop has also announced a second round funding that will see more Australian students head to the region under the New Colombo Plan pilot.
