The Cyber Cooperation Program is partnering with PILON to strengthen regional response to cybercrime, including the implementation of best practice legislation in line with the Council of Europe Convention on Cybercrime (the Budapest Convention). The Program supports an annual PILON Regional Cybercrime Workshop which brings together legal officers from across the region to discuss pressing cybercrime issues facing their countries and identify suitable legal responses.

PILON is a network of senior law officers from Pacific Island countries, including Australia and New Zealand, who come together to address domestic and regional law and justice issues.
