The Cyber Cooperation Program is partnering with the Ministry of Communications and Information Technology (MCIT) to review Samoa's overall ICT legislation and provide advice on best practice. We are supporting the Office of the Attorney-General (OAG) to undertake a gap analysis comparing Samoa's existing laws against the Budapest Convention on Cybercrime.
