The Australian Government offers airport facilitation as a diplomatic privilege for certain eligible foreign visitors, please refer to:

Please submit requests at least five working days before the visitor's arrival in Australia. Protocol Branch can't guarantee facilitation for requests at short notice. Call the Protocol Branch emergency duty officer outside of business hours on 0418 167 127 to notify any urgent changes.
For all other visiting foreign dignitaries, missions may like to consider utilising a commercial supplier of ‘VIP meet and greet services’ which operate at many Australian airports, please see Chapter 14.
