DFAT intends to approach the market through an open tender to engage a provider to deliver the next phase of the Pacific Engagement Visa (PEV) and the Falepili Mobility Pathway (FMP) Support Services.

The successful provider should deliver two complementary, but distinct service streams tailored to the objectives and requirements of each program:

1. PEV Support Service: offshore support to help participants navigate the migration process, including pre-ballot decisions, ballot registration and visa application process, through information, meaningful employment assistance and pre-departure support.
2. FMP Support Service: dedicated offshore and onshore service that delivers on Australia's commitment to mobility with dignity under the Falepili Union Treaty, including enhanced settlement assistance.

The proposed investment is expected to commence in February 2027 for an initial four-year period, with two potential one-year extensions.

DFAT anticipates approaching the market in October 2026.

The proposed procurement will be advertised through AusTender website.
