DFAT intends to approach the market to procure a provider to deliver support services for Pacific Engagement Visa (PEV) and the Falepili Mobility Pathway (FMP) under a single contract arrangement. 
The PEV and FMP are two Australia’s flagship Pacific mobility initiatives, providing eligible citizens from Pacific countries and Timor-Leste with unprecedented opportunities to live, work and study in Australia. 
The successful provider will deliver two complimentary, but distinct service streams tailored to the objectives and requirements of each program:

1. PEV Support Service: offshore service that responds to emerging program needs, and ensures participants can make informed decisions, are connected to employment opportunities, and are prepared for life in Australia
2. FMP Support Service: a dedicated offshore and onshore service that supports Australia’s commitment to mobility with dignity under the Falepili Union. The service provides tailored support through the migration journey, including settlement assistance in Australia and support for ongoing mobility between Australia and Tuvalu.
   The proposed investment is expected to commence in February 2027 for an initial four-year term, with two potential one-year extension options.

DFAT anticipates approaching the market in September 2026.

The proposed procurement will be listed on the AusTender website.
