report in Para. G on the Dutch handling of foodstuffs Critchley
should see that the Dutch military personnel do not take any part
in Red Cross distribution of Australian supplies. Please ensure
that Prime Minister and Dr. Evatt see copy of our cable 13 [2] to
Delhi and this reply 27 [3] regarding Conference procedure. Please
ask Plimsoll to obtain any comment Minister may have on arrival
Melbourne and cable me immediately. Please keep New York generally
