Chairman [1] of B.F.O. has informed High Representative of the
Crown [2] that Netherlands proposal for round table conference has
been hailed with approval by Assembly for federal consultation and
that various delegations of B.F.O. therefore, unanimously
expressed their willingness to accept invitation to participate.
