Following report was telegraphed to Security Council 15th
February.

BEGINS.

Resolution [1] of Security Council of 28th January, 1949, requires
that United Nations Commission for Indonesia report to Security
Council and make recommendations for solution of difficulties if
parties have not reached agreement on an interim Federal
Government by 15th February.

In the light of recent developments at The Hague, the Commission
recommends that reporting date be postponed to 1st March. ENDS.
