Cablegram 67 LONDON, 21 March 1939

In continuation of telegram No. 63 [1], legal position not yet ascertained, but Foreign Office today advised British Ambassador at Cairo [2] that recognition of Czech Charge d'Affaires at London [3] has not yet been withdrawn. Charge d'Affaires still in occupation of Legation house and declines recognition of validity of telegrams from Prague regarding surrender of Legation.
