Summary of publication
The purpose of the MTR was to review and assess the program's initial phase against the program objectives, and to identify ways to maximize the program's impact in its remaining term. The report provides a program overview, sets out findings on the program's impact to date, relevance, effectiveness and efficiency, and sets out program priorities and indicative country work programs for the coming years.
