Summary

This report collates peer-reviewed comments and ratings on the Ethiopia Health Sector Development Program (HSDP IV) and its design stage against objectives, monitoring and evaluation, sustainability, implementation and risk, analysis and lessons learnt.

Description

The Australian Government announced the Water and Sanitation Initiative (WSI) in the 2008-09 Budget. The WSI provides $300 million over three years from 2008-09 to improve the living standards of the poor through improved access to more effective and sustainable water and sanitation services, thereby contributing to achieving the Millennium Development Goals (MDGs).
