Summary of publication
This document provides the context and rationale for Australia's assistance to a second phase of the Vietnam Blended Learning Program, the program strategy, key objectives and activities and budget details.
The Proposal (August 2011) was developed by the World Bank Vietnam for an extended collaboration with AusAID during 2011-2015 to build the capacity of Vietnamese institutions in using blended learning methods and innovative technologies in their training activities while fostering ICT-based knowledge sharing and networking. The Proposal is a attachment to the Adminstered Agreement between the World Bank and AusAID in Vietnam. The Proposal is the second phase of the program, with the first phase running from 2006-2010.
