Summary of publication

This is the second Annual Work Plan for the Beyond WTO Program Phase II covering the period from September 2011 to June 2013. It was budgeted at USD6.5 million. The key priorities for this plan are:

1. state enterprise reform
2. revision of the Land Law 2003
3. enhancing the capacity of the competition authority
4. supporting a 5 year impact assessment of the economy after WTO accession, and
5. supporting development of the Government's new resolution on economic integration.
