Vietnam Anti-corruption Training Program: Concept Note

Summary of publication

This concept note describes the context and reasoning for AusAID involvement in the Vietnam Anti-corruption Training Program with the Communist Party of Vietnam. The 3-year program (2011-14) is a unique opportunity for Australia to further develop its relationship with the Communist Party and help Vietnam implement its ambitious anti-corruption policy agenda. The overall goal of the program is to contribute to a reduction of corruption in Vietnam.
