Description

This document details the status and results for the implemented Tonga Transport Sector Consolidation Project at June 2011. The overall objective of the project is to establish and consolidate the operations of the Ministry of Transport as a unified transport sector-policy, planning and regulatory ministry.

In addition, the project intends to improve the level of compliance of the civil aviation and maritime sub sector entities with international safety and security standards.
