Description

The arrangement is for a six-year $20.3 million program to improve decision making, transparency and land management, and to minimise potential for conflict. The arrangement states that AusAID will manage the New Zealand contribution through a managing contractor. It explains how the Governments of Vanuatu, Australia and New Zealand will facilitate implementation and ensure good governance, accountability and transparency. The arrangement describes how the Australian and New Zealand funds will be used, including specific program objectives and activities for each contribution.
