Summary of publication
This Technical Audit was commissioned in February 2014 to assess contract compliance of a select package of general routine and periodic road maintenance contracts, in order to evaluate the effectiveness of the contractors in complying with contract specifications, as well as the effectiveness of project supervision processes and supervision teams in assuring contractor compliance to contract specifications.
