Summary of publication

This completion report reviews the Tonga Interim Skill Development Facility which ran from 2014 until 2016.

The Facility's overall performance against the key result areas was rated as adequate. ISDF's overall performance rating was based on:

• a good performance in the key result areas of employability and equity
• an adequate performance in in the key result areas of capacity building of the Tonga Institute of Science and Technology (TIST)
  
  and Facility Management
• an inadequate performance in the area of Technical and Vocational Education and Training (TVET) System Strengthening.
