Summary of publication

This independent evaluation (Technical Advisory Group report) assesses the quality and performance of the Seeds of Life program. In summary the report finds the program is ready to deliver on its objectives in a timely and effective manner. It assesses that the transition of program research and seed production functions to government institutions is challenging, but manageable. The reviewers observed that if the limitations of crop nutrition can be effectively addressed, the program is poised to have a remarkable impact on food security and human nutrition in East Timor.
