Summary of publication
This document is the fourth report by the Monitoring and Review Group (MRG) on the effectiveness in achieving RWSSP impacts, outcomes and outputs. This MRG report focused on: progress since the April/May 2010 Independent Progress Review; priorities for RWSSP's remaining implementation period to June 2012; and preliminary issues for the future direction of Australian support to the sector. Two key issues are promotion greater ownership and sustainability through greater use of government systems, and exploration of other models of service delivery.
