Summary of publication
This document is the third report by the Monitoring and Review Group (MRG) on the effectiveness in achieving RWSSP impacts, outcomes and outputs. Given the assessment of progress already made, this MRG report focuses on the program's external environment and performance/aid-effectiveness issues relevant to Australia's wider engagement, and that of other donors in the sector. The report provides a number of recommendations to inform the program and the independent progress review.
