Summary of publication
This document is the second report by the Monitoring and Review Group (MRG) on the effectiveness in achieving RWSSP impacts, outcomes and outputs. The report discusses progress in policy, programming and monitoring, evaluation and data and makes a number of recommendations. The report concludes that the substantive recommendations of the first MRG have been taken up and there has been considerable progress in RWSSP implementation.
