Summary of publication
This document is the first report by the Monitoring and Review Group (MRG) on the effectiveness in achieving program impacts, outcomes and outputs. The MRG focused on the program's policy and institutional context, its alignment with current expectations of the scope, scale and modality of sector support programs, and the configuration of the program in the context of Australia's evolving priorities and commitments both in the water & sanitation sector and in East Timor. The report makes 11 recommendations.
