Summary of publication

This document prepared by the ILO with AusAID input outlines the design for the Roads for Development program. It details the objectives of the program and the approach that will be taken, utilising a combination of direct investments in rural road works and support for the East Timorese Ministry of Infrastructure consisting of policy dialogue and capacity development.
