Summary of publication
This is an annual report produced by the Public Sector Capacity Development Program to summarise program progress and performance for the year 2011. Key findings of the analysis are summarised in the next section. Opportunities and considerations for the remainder of the first phase (extension) are presented in Section 3. Additional information and figures supporting the findings and analysis are provided in the Annexes.
