Summary of publication
This is an annual report produced by the Public Sector Capacity Development Program to summarise program progress and performance for the year 2010. It follows several missions aimed at developing the new design for ongoing support to East Timor's public sector. Opportunities and considerations for the remainder of the program are presented in Section 3 and additional information and figures supporting the findings and analysis are provided in the Annexes.
