This reports on the performance of the PSCDP against the four Development Assistance Committee (DAC) Criteria of Relevance, Efficiency, Effectiveness and Sustainability.
This report reviews the performance of the PSCDP assessing relevance, efficiency, effectiveness and sustainability. It also looks at i) the program's current contribution to service delivery; and ii) lessons learned and/or recommendations as to how PSCDP or other activities could replicate or scale up support to districts in the future. Supporting analysis for these findings is provided in Annex 2 of the document.
