Summary of publication
The technical evaluation assesses the quality of infrastructures projects built or under construction through the Government of Timor-Leste's National Program for Village Development (PNDS) as of mid-2017.
The evaluation found that 78 per cent of projects had been built to plan, 93 per cent were of good or excellent construction quality and 94 per cent were rated as being good or excellent in terms of the construction's environmental impact.
