Summary of publication

This document is the annual work plan covering the period of 1 January 2011 to 31 December 2012. It was prepared by managing contractor GRM. The plan describes the Facility's progress to date, along with contraints to program success and which have arisen. It also presents a work program, implementation strategy and budget.
