This document is intended to assist agencies that are about to begin or are in the process of preparing an Agency Profile for AusAID accreditation, and who may wish to refer to this document to explain what has changed and the rationale for the change.

Summary of Agency Profile Changes:
- Questions reduced from over 190 in the original format to just over 150 in the revised format (ie questions reduced by about 20%).
- Questions rephrased and simplified wherever possible.
- Annexes required reduced from 38 in the original format to 21 in the revised format (ie annexes reduced by about 45%).
