Subsistence to Supermarket: Food and Agricultural Transformation in South-East Asia

Subsistence to Supermarket

This benchmark study examines trends in demand and supply for food and
agricultural products in South-East Asia, with particular focus on the
capacity of the region's domestic production to meet present and future
demands. The report assesses Australia's performance in taking advantage of
import trends in the region, identifies possible constraints and impediments
and suggests a plan of action for improving Australia's commercial integration
with South-East Asia's food and agriculture sector.
