Description

The Subsidiary Arrangement describes a 16 month program (to 30 June 2012) of cooperation to provide excellent policing services and strong police/community relations, which will contribute to a safe and secure environment for all citizens of and visitors to Vanuatu. It outlines four areas of support: training and community outreach; infrastructure, assets and logistics; workforce renewal; and strengthening organisational management, policies and processes. The Arrangement also explains project management and administration arrangements.
