This document outlines the understandings, intentions, responsibilities and contributions of the Government of the Philippines and the Government of Australia concerning Australian support to the National Disaster Coordinating Council (NDCC) – Collective Strengthening of Community Awareness to Natural Disasters (CSCAND). Both governments commit to working together on enhancing the capacity of the Philippines on disaster risk management through training, technical and financial assistance.
