Summary of publication

The Supplementary Paper on Monitoring & Evaluation and Sustainability Framework was prepared as a supporting document to the design document.

The purpose of this Supplementary Paper is to address the recommendation of the Appraisal Peer Review for STRIVE Stage 2 for clarity and additional information particularly relating to monitoring and evaluation and its role in the context of the Philippine Government's Basic Education Sector Reform Agenda. Such enhancements to the design were done collaboratively between the department, the Department of Education and the Managing Contractor.
