Summary of publication
This design document outlines a package of assistance to the Department of Education, to contribute to improving quality and access to, basic education in the Visayas, specifically through the development of education management and learning support systems. The design features an innovative implementation arrangement that allows adjustments in response to the progress of the basic education sector reform and the development of new education initiatives (funded by the Australian Government and other donors) supporting the BESRA.
