Summary of publication

This report outlines findings of an independent review at completion. The key findings are: STRIVE is a highly relevant initiative which has not only been effective, but has gone well beyond expectations in terms of both outputs and outcomes; and that STRIVE represents outstanding 'value for money.' The Review made specific recommendations on possible Australian aid support to these reform areas to ensure there is no loss in the momentum for change and that the systems are implemented more broadly.
