Summary of publication
This Exchange of Letters signed in February 2010 amends the Subsidiary Arrangement (originally of 2005, and its previous amendment in 2007) to reflect an extension of STRIVE to April 2011. Relevant clauses in the Arrangement were amended to specify changes in the funding contributions, timelines and handover arrangements at the project's end.
