Summary of publication
This Exchange of Letters of October 2007 between the Department of Education and Australia amends the 2005 Subsidiary Arrangement. The key changes are: agreement to proceed to Stage 2 following a favourable appraisal of Stage 1 and the approval of the design for the second phase and a more focused objective on systems reform.
