This design document outlines the approach that SNV Netherlands Development Organisation and its partners will take in supporting rice farmer households in Quang Binh and Binh Dinh provinces to increase incomes and reduce greenhouse gas emissions from rice production through applying new rice production techniques, market linkages and rice residue systems.
