Summary

The purpose of the second annual Joint Review Mission (JRM) is to review progress in implementation of the Economic and Financial Reform Program with particular attention to the priority reform actions.

Description

The purpose of the second annual Joint Review Mission (JRM) is to review progress in implementation of the Economic and Financial Reform Program with particular attention to the priority reform actions.

This report will also help inform the design of the next Economic and Financial Reform Program matrix and is accompanied by a separate document that includes some suggestions for future policy actions that may be a starting-point for the development of the next matrix. The Review has sought to build on existing Solomon Islands Government (SIG) processes and reporting, and has been flexible relative to the terms of reference regarding, for example, timing and deadlines, bearing in mind stretched capacity and the competing demands on SIG.
