Summary of publication
This proposal outlines the Extension Phase of CLIP from July 2011 which will consolidate key aspects from the previous work so that expected outcomes can be achieved.
The document updates aspects of the original design/objectives and proposes modifications to some areas such as the Work Plan and staff Terms of Reference that reflect progress to date, lessons learned and the current environment / industry circumstances. The purpose of this document is therefore to provide guidance as to what support CLIP can provide over the coming 12 months and the way in which this will be achieved.
