This document is a proposal for core support to the Small Arms Survey. The Survey is an international authority on all aspects of small arms and light weapons and armed violence. It is devoted to promoting transparency and developing evidence to support policies, programmes and projects designed to enhance security for affected populations. The document was prepared in March 2011.
