Summary of publication

The document overviews Myanmar children's and women's rights to health and nutrition; water, sanitation and hygiene; education; freedom from HIV; and protection. The analysis identifies the basic structural factors as well as the immediate and underlying factors influencing the realization of all children's rights in Myanmar. The document was prepared by UNICEF and the Myanmar Ministry of National Planning and Economic Development.
